1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Silicode FZ-LLC ("Silicode FZ-LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ) under licence no. 47037707 and registered at CWEP2479, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Silicode FZ-LLC website, applications, and related services (the "Services").
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Where cookies collect personal data, the Privacy Policy explains how that data is used, how long it is kept, and what rights you have.
2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site recognize your device, remember your settings, and keep you signed in.
Similar technologies work in the same way and include local storage and session storage in your browser, pixels and tags, and software development kits (SDKs). In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.
Cookies can be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which stay on your device until they expire or you delete them. They can be first-party (set by Silicode FZ-LLC) or third-party (set by a service provider that works with us).
3. How We Use Cookies
We group the cookies we use into the categories below.
| Category | What it does | Examples | Typical duration | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Makes the Services work and keeps them secure. Without these, features such as sign-in, your chats, and checkout cannot function. | Login session, authentication tokens, CSRF and security protection, load balancing, cookie consent record | Session to 12 months | No |
| Preferences | Remembers your choices so the Services feel consistent. | Interface theme, run defaults, your last open chat | Up to 12 months | Where required by law |
| Analytics and performance | Helps us understand how the Services are used, find errors, and improve performance. We use aggregated or pseudonymized data. | Page and feature usage, performance timing, error reports | Up to 13 months | Yes, in the EEA, UK and where required by law |
| Advertising and tracking | We do not use these cookies. We do not sell personal data and do not run cross-context behavioral advertising. | None | Not applicable | Not applicable |
A current list of the named cookies and the providers behind them is available in the cookie settings panel, which you can open at any time from the link in the page footer. If you cannot find a cookie there, contact us at info@rtlbridge.ir.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf, such as analytics and error-monitoring providers and our payment processor (which may set cookies to prevent fraud when you pay). These providers may process data in countries outside your own; see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy for how we protect international transfers. Third-party providers are bound by written agreements and may not use data from our Services for their own advertising purposes.
If you choose to connect a third-party sign-in provider or integration, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control.
5. Your Choices
Consent banner. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Services cannot work without them. We do not load analytics cookies until you consent where the law requires consent.
Changing your mind. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the page footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions are usually found in the browser's help menu. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Services (such as signing in) may stop working.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to reject non-essential cookies where the law requires. Because there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them separately; we do not track you across other websites in any case.
Mobile and desktop apps. If you use an Silicode FZ-LLC app, you can manage similar identifiers in the app settings or your device settings.
6. How Long We Keep Cookie Data
Cookies expire after the durations shown in Section 3 or when you delete them. Data collected through analytics cookies is kept in aggregated or pseudonymized form for up to 13 months, unless a longer period is required by law. See the retention table in our Privacy Policy for other data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we change the cookies we use. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you through the banner, by email, or in the product. Where the law requires consent for a new type of cookie, we will ask you again.
